monicaromo87 @everfowler For me they run true to size because my feet are long and not full. But I have had customers who go up 1 size because their feet are wider and fuller. So if your feet are fuller and wide, I recommend going up a size. But if your feet are slender, the usual number you wear should work. I hope explained my self well, but if not please let me know. :)

monicaromo87 @tcbales Hello, I'm sorry to hear that. Usually with this style, I hadn't had a problem before. But sure I'll be happy to exchange them as long as they are not used and in original condition with box. Only I really don't have an idea of how to go about doing that.
