Navy Blue Prom/Formal Dress

Full length navy blue dress. Lace detail around the top. Sweetheart neckline. Silky lining with tule outer layer. Open back. Zip up back with button at the very top. Worn once for a homecoming parade. Last picture is me wearing it, I’m 5’5”. Never been altered. Would be great for homecoming, prom, or a wedding!
