One look at this dress and you'll fall in love. A beautifully sequin navy blue prom dress from Sean Collection. I hate to give it up, but I've only worn it once and I have no more use of it. You'll make anyone's jaw drop while wearing this. The mermaid flare and flattering design will turn heads. I'm 5'5 and petite.
