Navy Blue Shear Maxi Dress

Worn once! The tags cut out in the bag (it was itchy). The top part is elastic and has a shear fabric overlap (shown in picture). There is a navy blue slip under the shear part that stops above the knee. I'm 5'2" and needed to wear the dress with wedges because it was too long for me. The front and back look the same.
