Navy Blue Shirt with Polka Dots and Ruffle Detail

This shirt is soooo cute!! I has a ruffle detail at the bottom and polka dots! The back has a cream (semi sheer) strip down the back (same material as the ruffles). I tried to photograph it :) It looks black in the photos but it actually a deep navy. It is a size L, but I market it as a medium I think it runs a bit small.
