Navy Blue Sparkle Mini Dress

Only worn once for a Christmas party! It is navy blue, NOT BLACK. There is gold sparkles all over it. Really great dress, and super cute! I just don't have any occasion to wear it for, so someone else should get some good use of it! Size small, I'm 5'2" and it falls about 3" above my knee, so it works for tall girls too! The top is padded in the bra as well.
