Navy Blue Sparkling &Beaded Top

Navy blue top with a sheet panel across the back shoulders. V neckline with beaded trim and a sparkling fabric. The back of the shirt is a couple of inches lower than the front. From the bottom of the neckline to the hem is 21 inches and from shoulder to the end of the sleeve it is 11 inches. Rayon spandex blend. Hand wash garment.
