Gorgeous fancy sun hat with a full brim. Purchased from a local boutique. Has a band around it and a flower attached with a safety pin. Slightly shiny. Dark navy blue. Lightweight with a mesh lining. Brim has wire around the edge. In excellent condition. Only worn once.
