Beautiful navy blue velvet dress with gorgeous beading. Custom made for us. Granddaughter only tried it on and decided to go with something else. Pit to pit is 17 in. Waist is 16 in side to side. Skirt is 41 in long from waist. From shoulder the dress is 55 in long.
