Navy Blue Vintage Pleated Swing A-Line Dress

I bought 3 dresses (including this one) as options for a first communion, but I did not end up wearing this dress. The return window has expired, which is why I am selling. The dress is brand new, never worn, and in the packaging it came in. The tags are also still on. It is navy blue. I bought it for $28.98 plus tax. It is an XL.
