Navy Blue, White and Red Floral Dress

Medium but fits more like a small in my opinion. Maybe even an xs. Good for smaller bust. I don’t know that it would fit a larger bust. This dress is so pretty and versatile. I know it may be difficult to tell in some photos but the main color of the dress is navy blue, not black! In good used condition. Comes from smoke free home.
