Navy Blue Xhilaration Dress

This Navy blue xhiliration dress is a cute summer option! It is light weight so it would require a slip or shorts to wear underneath on sunny days! It hasn’t been worn at all and was purchased at Target. The straps are a cord like style but are soft and don’t weigh down on your shoulders. The dress follows down in a V pattern at the bottom and sits mid calf for shorter people and just under the knee for taller people!
