Navy blue and white dress. Top is lined with a crochet pattern. Cinches at the waist with striped flare out skirt. Zipper in the back. Reaches above the knee. (On 5’4”, reached about 1-2 inches above knee) Dress is heavy weighted, so it wouldn’t fly up when it’s windy. Small stain in the front.
