Navy Blue and White Lightweight Work Dress

This is a navy blue dress with a white abstract floral print. It's a lightweight material with a great amount of stretch. It has short sleeves, a built in tie back, slight pleating at the top of the back and framing the v-neck, and comes just under the knee. Wore it to work a few times.
