Navy Blue and White Sailor Striped Off Shoulder Dress

This dress is one of my favs I just can’t fit it anymore. Navy blue and white stripes with back cut out and off the shoulder straps! Has two tiny loops for small accent belt (red is my personal favorite belt with this dress)
