Navy Blue dotted Adrianna Papell V-neck medium top. New w/o tag

Arianna Papell top, size M, v-neck with soft shirring on shoulders and bottom of elbow length sleeves, (12 inch from shoulder to hem). Laying flat hips are 20” and pit to pit is 20”, length from shoulder to hem is 25”. This is New without attached tag, cut the tag off before I realized it wasn’t going to fit. Navy blue with tiny white polka dots.
