Navy Blue floral Romper NWOT

The print on this navy romper and the plunging neckline makes this outfit so cute. I added the measurements above in the pictures size states a 3x but I feel it runs small more like a small 2x/1x. It's meant to be a little loose and flowy. Just want to be honest if you need further information let me know. I know someone will fall in love with this romper!!
