Navy Blue tiered ruffled dress

This sleeveless dress is really pretty but it’s time for it to go to a new home. For the right person it would be a lovely cocktail, party or general event dress. It’s Navy Blue with tiered ruffles all the way down and jewels at the neck. The dress sits just above knee length and would be wonderful with some silver heels and jewelry. Note: I’m not sure what happened but the first photo looks more royal blue. It is 100% navy blue.😉 There is also a bit of space at the back as the dress ties shut
