The Athena is a babydoll Nap Dress® with elasticated smocking and dramatic puff sleeves. Soft enough to sleep in, charming enough to take to dinner. About the fabric: Brocades are specifically woven with a raised pattern rather than a flat surface adding a monochromatic texture on the fabric. This also adds to the structure of the garment being slightly thicker than our poplin fabric, which is similar to a traditional men's dress shirt. This brocade fabric is mid-weight, giving our classic Athena extra structure and warmth for the holiday season.
