Navy Cropped Blazer

Size 2X navy blazer from Modcloth, with cute polka dot lining. Small shoulder pads add just enough structure. Cropped to fall just to your natural waist, with a single button. Looks adorable over a dress or with a high-waisted skirt. 100% cotton, machine washable but could use a good ironing. A note on item sizing- I recall many reviewers of this product saying that the arms are smaller than the reported size. I would agree, as the arm circumference fits me perfectly but the bust is too large. I honestly was hoping I'd grow a seamstress gene and alter it to fit me, but I just haven't done it yet. Bust (flat): about 23.5" (more give in front, it's hard to lay completely flat) Length of sleeve: 10" from armpit Length of blazer: 18"
