Discontinued Forever 21 brand Twelve by Twelve Esther's Archive Navy Tiered Ruffle Strapless Dress. This dress has a bow shaped sweetheart neckline, adjustable spaghetti straps, and a side zipper. The ruffles make the dress super flowy and flirty. The material feels closest to a linen. This dress has been worn a couple of times but is still in good condition. Last photo is not my dress, but it shows how the fit looks on a mannequin.
