Splendid Ellen Ashley skirt perfect for academic jaunts, world traveling, brunch, or a chill festival scene. The A-line cut is full, mid-length, and made of a beautiful textured weft in a subtle navy, blue and burgundy stripe with bright pin-stripes of red and white for added accent.
