Navy Fitted Banana Republic Dress

This is an adorable Banana Republic dress. It is made of a thick, durable material that would really look flattering and fitted on someone. It is navy blue with white polka dots, but the colors are kind of muted so it doesn't look childish. It is the perfect length for business/office/teaching. I love this, I wish it fit me! Excellent condition.
