Navy Floral Lacy Dress

Worn many times but is in almost perfect condition! Short and navy in color with floral lacy overlay. Scrunchy waist band! Very nice statement dress! Note: I come from a home with a smoker. This dress has not been around direct smoke. I will take great care in making sure the smoke scent is not on any of my items
