Navy Floral Ruffle Sleeved Tie Back Elastic Dress

This dress is a Medium but I wear a large and it fits me great. The waist is elastic for give. I would say it’s more of an 8/10. There is also plenty of room in the chest which is usually a concern for button down dresses! The ruffled collar is my favorite and all the buttons down the front are intact and perfect.
