Navy Formal Dress

This dress was purchased from an online boutique and is absolutely gorgeous. Plunge neck. Stretchy material, scrunchy in the middle, slit up the front in the middle to the knees and a bit longer in the back. Perfect for prom or formal night, or another formal occasion. Never been worn, truly stunning. Size 8 but fits more like a 3!
