Navy Guess Formal dress

This is a beautiful formal occasion dress by Guess. The top is a fine soft mesh. There are box pleats on stating at the waist line. There is a removable belt that you can tie in the front, back, or to the side. Zipper is hidden on the side. The bottom has 2 dark lime green stripes, a teal stripe, and a navy (main dress color) stripe. Only worn two times. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home!
