Navy Halter Dress

This is a navy blue, silk dress with a light blue waist embellishment & bow in the back. It is a halter dress with a rose for detail and pockets on both sides. I bought this but never wore it & it's in perfect condition with the tags still attached! Perfect for a formal dinner or cocktail party, as well as a: awards ceremony, banquet or graduation! The dress is a size 7 but could fit 8 with the elastic back! Zipper & hook work fine!
