Navy Hi-Lo Dress

so this is actually a girls dress, but it will fit a very small statured woman. I am 5'1", 100 lbs and it fits me. I always get so many compliments when I wear this, too, it's actually comical since I got it in the kids department. very springy fabric, the pink bow is an actual belt style bow that can be tightened or loosened. the straps are NOT adjustable. if you have a long torso, this is likely not going to be the dress for you. questions are always welcomed!
