Navy High-Low Convertible Skirt/Dress Calf-length skirt or mid-length dress that can be worn strapless or halter style. All tags removed; 16 inches across waist/bust. Fabric has some stretch. This was probably purchased from REI. Excellent, used condition; rarely worn.
