Beautiful navy color Cold shoulder frill detail Buttons up High leg slit in the center of the dress Perfect for special occasions Only worn twice. The top button is a bit loose but can easily be resewn. There are a couple of loose strings around the button loops (see last 3 photos for details). Otherwise in great condition! 2 Petite sizing. I’m 5’3” and this worked perfectly for me.
