Navy La Femme prom dress

Worn once. Size 2. Runs small. Unaltered. I'm 5'4" and wore 3" heels and it was a little long. Can be hemmed. The bodice is corseted. I added the straps around the neck. It's supposed to be strapless. They are just pieces of ribbon and can be cut out with no effort. Backless.
