Navy Lace Mini Dress

Navy dress with lace trim. Elastic waist, with tie string (tie is just decoration , doesn’t alter fit ) sleeves have cut outs along length of arm. Size M. Would fit a size 6. Length is 33” from top of shoulder to bottom of lace trim. It looks short on me currently bc it is too small. Would normally be mid thigh.
