Brand new with tags, never worn super cute Blossom navy stretch lace overlay dress. Fully lined except for 2” peek-a-boo detail above the waistline below bra line. Scalloped v-neck neckline and hemline. Above the knee. V back with zipper. 2” box pleats at waistline to add fullness to the skirt, but the fabric drapes nicely, so the dress still hangs straight, not puffy when worn.
