Navy Large dress with boat neck and pockets!

Barely worn, if worn at all. Front pockets and drapey boat neck top and cap sleeves! Very cute! Can dress it up or down! Check out my other items that are either new or excellent condition! I can’t fit into any of these clothes and they are taking up space!
