Navy Menswear Evening Gown

This is a custom, one of a kind, evening gown made from menswear suits by an individual independent fashion designer. I got it from a thrift store that often receives unique clothing, even black label straight from the runway! I don't know the designer personally, but the store owner told me they are a very popular independent designer on Instagram, and she donates pieces after photo shoots. Dress has only been worn once to an opera at Lodi Hill House. It is beautiful and in great condition, I just unfortunately gained weight recently and it no longer fits me. Waist: 14in flat Hips: 18 in flat I'm open to reasonable offers, but won't go too low as this truly is one of a kind, there's no other like it !
