Navy Mermaid-Hem Button-Down Dress

The first picture shows the most accurate color a navy blue! I am 5’9”, And it hit just above my knee as seen in the photo. But after one wash, it shrunk about an inch, and I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it anymore. I literally wore it one time! Great find
