Navy Mini dress with coral flowers

This mini dress is short but adorable! The full sleeve and high neckline make the fit very flattering. There is an elastic band in the middle to help the fit as well. I have it styled with a belt (not included) to show how I usually wear it. The bright florals work well in both summer and fall!
