Navy & Neon Green Colorblock Sleeveless Dress - Size 16

Talk about comfortable, this dress is very flattering with the colorblock neon green at the bottom - almost like a drop waist dress. Top section is navy blue. Throw a navy cardigan on for chilly evening or to wear to work. Size is 16 and is polyester. I believe it is a Crown & Ivy brand, but not 100%. Thanks for shopping my Sweet Essentials shop!
