Navy OC OC Cocktail Dress with Beading On Neckline

Great navy cocktail dress with beading at neckline. Worn for a Christmas party years ago and has been stored ever since. Please see pictures as around the zipper there appears to be a little bunching on the seam when the dress was sewn but not noticeable unless you are looking for it. Dress form is us size 6-8 for reference and please see photos for measurements.
