Navy Off the Shoulder Homecoming Winter Ball Dress

Navy blue Eliza J dress, size L/12-14. I used this dress for homecoming but it would be perfect for a winter ball or winter formal! This dress fits a 12-14 but could fit a size bigger as it does have some stretch in it. It's a cute off the shoulder style. I'm 5'4 and this dress comes right above my knee, as pictured.
