Navy Open-Back Crop Top

Adorable 🤗 navy crop top featuring and open back and cute pattern. The bottom of the shirt is elastic so you can adjust how high or how low the crop actually is. The front can be full cleavage or no cleavage. I usually use a safety pin to close the top but you can open it up and wear a cool bralette under it as well.
