Navy PaperBag Pleather Shorts

I purchased these from a local boutique here in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I’ve just never gotten around to wearing them. They are brand new with tags. Super cute. The belt is removable, and the waist line is elastic in the back. Shorts are 15 inches long from waist line to hem. Waist line stretches to about 38 inches. Unlined and have functional pockets.
