Navy Pleated Drop Waist Lightweight Summer Dress

I love this summer staple piece! Im only selling as I am petite and I prefer a shorter length on me. The dress is a lightweight material with a v-neckline and a dropped waist that has a detail trim that transitions into soft pleats. Very elegant and can be dressed up with heels or dressed down with white sneakers. Also has pockets! Reads similarly to a Free People piece.
