Navy Polka Dot High-Low Dress

Lightweight, high low dress by Xhilaration. Navy blue dress features white polka dots, a ruffle around the top of the dress, and an elasticized waist. This dress has been pre-loved, but is still in very good condition. The blue dye has faded into the white dots just a bit.
