Navy Polka Dot Pencil Skirt | NWOT | Size 2

Super cute pencil skirt! I took the tag off before trying it on (shame on me!) so I couldn’t return it, but it still has the stitching in the back pleat and has never been worn besides trying it on. This skirt doesn’t fit but I wish it did! Awesome fabric, pockets on both sides, designed to hit right above the knee. Cute for all seasons.
