Navy Polka-Dotted Blouse

This blouse is so cute & can be worn all year long. It's sheer-ish look and feel are perfect for warmer weather, but it also pairs perfectly with sweaters. **one of the buttons is missing- on the right sleeve at the wrist (pictured)** But it's a super easy repair and I can include a few white buttons I have if you ask! 😉
