Navy Prom Dress

43" bust, 46 waist, nipple to bottom of dress is 56", nipple around the neck down to other nipple for halter is 33"(probably will need to be shortened). Dress material is taffeta. The dress will need a hoop skirt (not included) to achieve the full look in the first picture. The dress is a sample dress for our store and could have missing beads, tears, stains, or missing parts, and the price reflects a lower price than retail sale. Dress will most likely need to be altered for the perfect fit.
