Navy Prom Dress.

Navy/Royal blue satin and lace overlay dress with a tan underlay. Floor length high low back with a train , knee length front. Tie around waist band in the canter of the dress. Flutter sleeves that I had added on and a extra piece of fabric to cover up the low back.
