Navy Ruffled Cropped Paisley Top

Super cute but unfortunately didn’t fit me. I’m a medium in shirts and this fit but it would be more like the picture if you order a size up. This top would be ideal for someone small/xs. I’m not sure what brand this is, I bought it from a boutique on Poshmark.
